To control the co-operation and partner connection, we worked out our Manual for Quality Management System according to the international standard EN ISO 9001:2000.
We consider this Manual as our most important authoritative document in terms of the operative processes, where we describe, from the point of view of our buyers, the general requirements concerning the management system. In the interest of keeping and improving our business relations, we proceed in every case according to the guidelines of this document.

In the Manual we coordinated the various fields - like purchase, storing, transportation, sale - of the Quality Management System in the respects of the distribution of auto accessories, auto parts, car care and do-it-yourself products for a more efficient management and working in the interest of our buyers. Our Quality Management System supports the business strategy of our firm and satisfies the requirements and expectations of our business partners, ensuring at the same time Buyer's satisfaction.
As a result of the successful application of our quality policy the service of our buyers became much more quicker , our costs has reached an optimum level, the market share of our firm is in continuous increasing and the result obtained from the coordination of the various fields can be felt from the satisfaction of our clients and from the quality of our products. |
Being our Quality Management System simple and flexible, it makes possible the continuous control and development.
